Colington Creek Inn is located on picturesque Colington Road and sits along the waterfront of its namesake, Colington Creek. The inn features four large rooms with private bathrooms, and each has a great view of the water. The location is serene, and it’s just a mile and a half from the ocean. They serve a delicious full breakfast every day. They also have large enclosed porches that are screened in summer to allow the breezes to sweep through and that become warm sunrooms in the colder months. Every evening you’ll find the delicious hors d’oerves served on these porches. They also provide dock space for boats. Colington Creek Inn is closed in January and February.

This campground is located on the soundside of Kill Devil Hills on the way to Little Colington Island. There are 20 campsites, restrooms with hot water and a boat ramp. Pets are allowed, but they must be on a leash.
