The Adventure Bound Campground is a tent-only campground with 20 sites situated around a mixed grassy and wooded area with picnic tables. They have a large bathhouse with hot water showers and guest laundry facilities. There is a campfire area for relaxing and badminton, volleyball, horseshoes and shuffleboard courts for playing. Boogie boards and crabbing nets are available for your use, and the public boat ramp is just around the corner. Adventure Bound is open year round and pets are allowed.

Cypress Moon is located on the sound and offers three waterfront guest rooms. Each one has a private bath and is furnished with antiques, satellite TV, stereo and refrigerator. A fresh, hot breakfast is served each morning. Bikes and kayaks are available for exploring. The inn is a non-smoking establishment. It is not suitable for young children. The owners, and your hosts, Greg and Linda Hamby, have been residents of the Outer Banks for more than 35 years.
