Welcome to The Brine and Bottle
About The Brine and Bottle:
Restaurant
Beer & Wine Bar
People often ask what inspired The Brine and Bottle, and the answer is simple: Old Nags Head, and the things we love, of which Nags Head is one. It was inspired by our enthusiasm for small-production wine, craft beer, and simple Southern fare; by the calm that comes from a view of the water, no matter the weather; and a penchant for Benton’s bacon, vinyl records, vinegar, and sea salt. But mostly, it was inspired by the art of preserving—from local traditions, to the season’s best produce—which is the practice that allows us to bring all of these things to you.
