South Beach Grille is owned and operated by Wayne and Kerstin Everhart. We started in the restaurant business, back in 1977,in Hampton,Va. working for a corporation that had 70 different restaurants. Twenty years ago we moved to the Outer Banks and opened up Island’s Eye Restaurant, and then Bushwacker’s Raw Bar and Grill. A couple of years ago we closed Bushwacker’s, feeling we needed to take time off to spend with our kids. During this time, we also traveled and enjoyed a variety of cuisines. We picked up ideas, recipes, great fellowship and conversations. With all of this in mind, and our kids now old enough to help, in May 2009 we opened South Beach Grille. Our menu is all about freshness and affordable prices. We use lots of vegetables, fruits, fresh seafood, great meats and amazing, flavorful sauces. Come on in, we’d love to meet you!!
